Your mobile carrier may charge message or data fees for SMS messages sent or received. Charges depend on your carrier's pricing structure and service plan.
The Spine Works Chiropractic is not responsible for any message or data fees imposed by your mobile provider.

Because our messaging falls under Customer Care and Public Service Announcements, written consent is required before receiving SMS communications.
